Qualified in MA Hons in International Business and Languages, Lisa majored in international marketing. An expert in the art of communication and getting the best out of people.
With in excess of 15 years experience working in a diverse range of companies, countries and cultures, experience which gives her an objective viewpoint, expertise and advice that works. From multinational companies to national franchises, universities, family businesses and corporate environments in UK, USA, Europe and Australia, she has a unique experience to draw from in terms of creativity and industry standards and systems that work.
In addition, for over 5 years Lisa has been developing her own skills working with a human potential organisation called Executive Success Programs based in New York. As a certified coach and practitioner of Rational Inquiryâ„¢, (a cutting-edge technology that enables the rapid identification and facilitation of the removal of limiting beliefs), she has helped transform individuals and organisations into resourceful, responsible, ethical, and profit-generating players and teams. Through this unique, ongoing training Lisa has gained a full understanding of:
• The mind-body connection, human behavior, and human psychodynamics
• Language, communication, and emotions
• Practical tools for achievement, success, goals, inspiration, and motivation
• Systems theory and organizational development
• Personal and professional ethics
As a professional coach, Lisa has developed expertise in areas such as relationships, parenting, habit transformation, motivation, organisational and corporate consulting and potential actualisation. Lisa continues her studies in personal and professional development through attending regular trainings, seminars and active reading and is currently writing her own book on the subject.
Established in 2005, VIVA Systems, previously VIVA Marketing & Promotions, a Northern Ireland based consultancy has helped start ups, SME’s and established businesses to get RESULTS from their businesses. Lisa will share her business development coaching model for running a successful, profitable and sustainable business. As a business owner herself, Lisa prides herself of being ‘the model of the model’ and walking the talk she shares with her clients.
Lisa is a single mother to her 4 year-old son, Josh who speaks 2 languages and currently attending the Rudolf Steiner School in Holywood. With high values of health & fitness, Lisa is a Senior Direct Distributor of Juiceplus+®, a whole food nutritional supplement of 27 fruits, vegetables and berries in capsule form and is currently pursuing a qualifications to become a Health & Wellness coach. Having completed her first marathon, participating in the 32 Marathon Challenge which took place all over Ireland in July 2010. Lisa is now training to participate in races this year too.
